| SMEC Urban (one of SMEC's subsidiaries) was engaged by Central Equity to assist with all services for this 550 lot urban development. The vision for Woodland Waters was to create a unique neighbourhood that responded to the natural features of the Mernda region which included native River Red Gums, hills, abundant bird life and wetlands. The design guidelines created by SMEC Urban integrated the natural assets and environmental sensitivities of the site within an urban design solution. |
