SMEC's Executive Committee is comprised of nine senior individuals. The Executive Committee has primary authority for the management of the Company's operations and the implementation of the Company Strategy, subject to policies and procedures approved by the Board of Directors. The members of the Executive Committee have extensive experience in strategic and operational planning and in the engineering industry.
