The key areas of gender analysis, training and development include issues such as poverty, health, economy, power, decision making and advancement of women.
SMEC's services include: introductory training in gender analysis, sector-specific gender analysis training, institutionalisation of gender development, development of gender policy and other gender-specific project work.
