Fresnillo Mine Planning & Scheduling Training Program

Our Role

The maintenance function at the Fresnillo mine was facing challenges with planning and scheduling activities. SMEC developed a training program to enhance the planning capabilities and support the effective engagement of the maintenance function.

The facilitation of the training focused on the technical aspects as well as behavioural components in the key areas.

On completion the client was extremely satisfied with the customised work management training program that aligned to the operational requirements and challenges.
