Our Role
The Northern Expressway project comprised the construction of 23 km of freeway with six interchanges linking the Gawler Bypass with Port Wakefield Road in Adelaide.
To meet the demand of increased traffic volumes generated by the new Expressway, Port Wakefield Road was upgraded at key intersections along the Northern Expressway and Salisbury Highway.
A recreational cycle and pedestrian pathway was also included in the works and the scheme was opened in September 2010, ahead of program.
The project was delivered ahead of the deadline and under budget.
