Using digital tools to assess 346 bridges and 1,840 culverts
SMEC was appointed by the Roads Authority of Namibia to visually assess 322 bridges and 1,839 major culverts for flaws, defects, and potential risks. The scope extended to all surfaced roads on the national road network.
